payment:

mogo accepts personal checks, money orders, credit cards (mastercard and visa), and paypal as payment. all electronic payments through mogogoods.com are securely processed by paypal, so you can rest easy that your information will not be compromised. you do not need a paypal account to buy from mogo.

please note that orders will not be shipped until checks or money orders are received and/or cleared through the bank. this may add time to the ship date of your order. if payment is not received within 10 days of the original order, the item(s) will be returned to stock. there is a $25 fee for returned checks.

sales tax:

5% sales tax is added to all massachusetts residents’ orders.

shipping + handling:

purchases are usually shipped out within seven days of your payment (unless it’s a special, custom order; those take longer). if there will be a delay, we will let you know as soon as we receive the order.

all orders are shipped by u.s. mail. if you need overnight or express shipping (available for additional charge), please contact ann and dabney at info@mogogoods.com.

domestic shipping + handling rates (in u.s. currency):

$.01 - $9.99 = $2.00 (first class postage)
$10 – $24.99 = $5.00 (priority mail, including delivery confirmation)
$25 - $49.99 = $6.50 (priority mail, including delivery confirmation)
$50 – $74.99 = $9.00 (priority mail, including delivery confirmation)
$75 – above = $11.00 (priority mail, including delivery confirmation)

for international orders, use the shipping chart above and add a flat fee of $7.00. keep in mind that international customers are responsible for any and all duties, customs-related charges, or other fees when you receive your package.

returns:

because so many of mogo goods are made to order, all sales are final. please consider carefully before placing your order. email or call us in advance if you have any questions. if the item you receive is damaged or broken upon arrival, please contact us via email within 7 days, and we will send out a replacement item.
